During the Study Visit, participants will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the field of public procurement, sustainability, and circularity. The session will start with the presentations of the European Innovation Award winners, the City of Vantaa and the City of Haarlem, by Elina Värtö and Valentina Schippers-Opejko, respectively. The presentations will provide an overview of the innovative and responsible public procurement practices implemented by these cities and the positive impact they have had on their communities.
